I think @Virgin Megastore in City mall should have them because Virgin in Lebanon does sell them, or maybe they can order them for you from there.

they do order books from the Virgins abroad if you ask for it so they should be able to order records.
But there's gotta be cool place to buy old used records. That would be amazing
I checked with @Music Box lately, and they still have older vinyl records, they said it was mostly disco, and singles
