You mean an art gallery! If yes you can go to @Foresight Art Gallery or @Darat Al Funun these are the best but if you want the supplies you can get them @Istiklal Library Co. Or @Archi Arts

Go to @Creative Art Center Amman (CAC) they have a huge variety of painting classes, the instructors are really nice and the place is cozy and you'll learn alot
