There are a few places you can go @The British Council which I heard is very good (I had a friend go there). You should also check out @Modern Language Center they offer classes and courses that prepare you for TOEFL and IELTS

CGE English in Khalda has a great program with American teachers and focuses on actual usage of the language, especially in speaking. The price is fantastic too, especially considering they have native English speaker teachers after beginner level.
