@Modern Language Center & @The British Council would be the best choices, ask them about what you need and surely they will help you, i think the early classes would have a good number of people with the same as her age

CGE English in Khalda has a great program with American teachers and focuses on actual usage of the language, especially in speaking. The price is fantastic too, especially considering they have native English speaker teachers after beginner level. They will do a women's only course if there is enough interest.
