There's a place in Swefieh on Hamra Street. Called black something, I think. They have decent barbells for tongue or nipple.

I don't know for a fact they have it, but the first place I would try is @Select Foods Shoppe near the 7th circle.

Online garage sales on Facebook. There are a few of them. Best to type Amman online garage sale in the search and see what pops up.
