They open on Saturdays but they close early, around 12, there's one in Sweileh near the Circle, and one in Tabarbour after the big bus stop mojamma'a al shamaal and one in Jabal Amman between the second and first circle on your left.

@Dunia Rooftop Lounge is a great place for both food and shisha, they open at 5 though so it'll be late lunch with a great view or @Mijana Cafe is another option that opens earlier

@la Fiesta Shop click on it for the map or use your App and it will direct you right to the door, it is a personal residence though so I'd call before hand.
Where can I celebrate a birthday with a friend but not too expensive?
@Buffalo Wings & Rings is reasonable especially if you go on a Tuesday or for happy hour from 12 to 8, it's not the fanciest birthday venue but it's fun.
