Where can I have a nice lunch in a good and an open place on Friday (restaurants or park)?
You should try @VIVID Lounge at @The Boulevard. It has the coolest view "psst: try going there at the sunset, would see the greatest view ever" and don't forget to book your seat among the roof as it's way better than the indoors!
Where can I eat at the Boulevard?
You can check out @VIVID Lounge they have yummy cafe food, shisha and a great view! You may also like @Cafe Italia great Italian food

Where can I go for a pre-wedding photo session?
I saw some couples taking photos @VIVID Lounge - The Boulevard, it was a nice photo shooting session
Where can I find a nice coffee shop in Khalda or a restaurant with reasonable prices?
If I am in that area I love going to @VIVID Lounge they have actually very good food for a reasonable price and coffee ane shisha or @Macho Picho Cafe for its view and shisha!
Where can I find a place for girls night out including a party p.s. There will be Hijabi girls?
I take it that from the side note about hijabi girls with being there, means you would like a place without alcohol which then makes me wonder what do you mean by party? I dont think there are any or very little spots that have "ladies night" without drinks. But if you want a night out and dont mind if there are drinks then go to @The Flip but if you want a spot for a nice girls out then head over to @VIVID Lounge for some great shisha or wait until Saturday and go to @OH Beach for there ladies only pool day full of sun and fun!
Where can I find a decent place to eat and watch a game at the same time ?
@La Calle is a great spot to eat and watch the game but people are not as focused on the game. @VIVID Lounge especially the one on the boulevard has great tv screens and decent food.
