I take it that from the side note about hijabi girls with being there, means you would like a place without alcohol which then makes me wonder what do you mean by party? I dont think there are any or very little spots that have "ladies night" without drinks. But if you want a night out and dont mind if there are drinks then go to @The Flip but if you want a spot for a nice girls out then head over to @VIVID Lounge for some great shisha or wait until Saturday and go to @OH Beach for there ladies only pool day full of sun and fun!
