@Solaya or @L'Entrecote Simple place, sells great steak, great salad, great fries, and the atmosphere is great. You can check out their menu online. I recommend this place.
Where can I find places to do birthdays for adults?
If you have not decided yet, i would highly recommend @L'Entrecote at dabouq. Best steak set menu place in town.

@L'Entrecote its one of the best restaurants in Amman you should try the Steak its best when its ordered medium or medium well,, plus their secret sauce is amazing!

Although i don't get the 'classic' part, @L'Entrecote in Dabouq is usually uncrowded If you're into steak, i think you'll like the cute interior decor while having your meal in.
Where can I eat good food thats also affordable?
If you want quality and steak is what you're after you've got to go to @L'Entrecote they have a 3 course meal that includes salad, entrecote and apple crumble with a non-alcoholic beverage for under 20 JD. If thats not value for money, I don't know what is.
