@Green Field is a really good option, since the atmosphere is so nice & it's good for Hijabi girls, they also have kind of parties every night

Where can I find a park for a picnic?

definitely check out @Green Field , they are outdoors in a quiet location outside the busy parts of Amman. They also have waiters who will help cook your food for you

Where can I find a place for BBQ?

Try @Green Field You pay a small fee per person and provide your own meat, but they prepare it all for you and offer drinks. If you don't want to stress you should go here.

Where can I have a work bbq outing?

I'd vouch for @Green Field which is on Airport road, it's a really cool place. You only need to being your food, they offer the drinks, grill, even argileh. Last time I've been there it was for either 1.5 JDs a person or 3 JDs a person (that you can deduct from your bill! which is perfect)
