Goat and Sheeps milk are more difficult to come by, but apparently this 0795957560 is the number to a milk supplier from Madaba who delivers to Amman. Might try asking him. Good luck.

Update: I got unpasteurized sheep's milk from a dairy store in jabal lweibdeh. if anyone is interested, his name is Kamal and his number is 0798072173. I can't remember the name of the shop, but it's to the left of the Chocaholic cafe near the French Institute.
