I'd recommend @Cantaloupe Gastro Pub because I love the ambience, the drinks are good and the view is always somewhat romantic in the evenings without being to "datey"... don't wanna make the date too cheesy.

What is it with you and noise levels? The noise levels are moderate, definitely not a quiet place though.

Limiting the romance to either first circle or abdoun makes it much more difficult. Personally I'd never recommend making a first date very romantic because girls want you to make a fun first impression, the romance comes later when things get sentimental. Having said all that, I'd recommend you take your date to @Sufra, their outdoor area in the evening time surrounding a fountain with a few lanterns hung up around you can definitely give off that nice ambient effect of romance. Plus nothing says romantic more than eating over-priced Jordanian cuisine..
