If by customization you mean to change the colour and label on the mug, there are great online websites in Dubai that allow you to do so. My personal fav is goo.gl/2D0G1. They have different shapes, sizes, and colours to choose from, and then you can decide what message/image you want placed on the mug itself. I also refer to this Dubai based website for any other of my personal customization/engravement needs.

@Gulf Line Printing would do mugs although the cafe ceramique is so much cooler, this place is professional and probably does for businesses. You can just say you want a sample or get your self a whole set of mugs.
