I'd recommend @Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Al Ain Hotel there's a restaurant or cafeteria on top of the mountain it a great view all the way down wethar night or morning it's amazing

Are you talking about a restaurant connected to Mercure Grand in Jebel Hafeet?
No the one on the top of the Mountain it's more of a cafeteria, but the one you're talking about is good too as the view is great there too just not a 360 one
@Flooka is right on the water and upscale. It has amazing views and some of the best Seafood I've had

Anywhere on the @Boulevard Plaza / @8 Boulevard Walk next to @Dubai Mall has great views, scenery and a lovely atmosphere of the city. It has a wide range and variety of restaurants and cafe's to chose from along the road/walk and is just beautiful to sit out at night, especially during this weather.

@The Meat Co. Souk Madinat Jumeirah has a beautiful waterfront. The Burj overlooks this fine eatery which sifts delicious aroma around. The ambient lighting makes it a great place for a night with that special person. Do visit the winery next door in the area!
