@Lumiere is a cat shelter but it has very limited capacity. They can be found on Facebook.

I contacted them a couple of years ago about another cat and they said they don't foster them. Did that change?

For anyone looking at this thread: I called them and they said they only treat cats, they do not take in or foster though.

Unfortunately, they only take in dogs. No cats.
