I would definitely recommend @Fitness First from personal experience. I opted for their 3 month membership programme. I got 3 free sessions with a personal trainer who explained how to use all the equipments and also prepared a report on where I need to focus on losing weight, what type of diet I need to consume. They have a separate section for resistance training and cardio also. I think their range of equipments is large and if you need help, their staff is friendly too. The best part would be the "Group exercise" classes- they have everything from zumba, belly dancing, various types of yoga(flow yoga, body balance etc) ,pilates and cycling club. There`s a small ladies only gym also :)
