You can use my way, soak them in hot water for 20 min. with epsom salt and peppermint essential oil or any foot scrub. Gently rub the pumice stone or foot file over the dead skin or callus.Pat the feet dry with a clean towel and then moisturize the feet with cream, lotion, or oil (which is better). You can buy these items from @Pharmacy1 or @Sharmiran

I'd personally use Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. I'd use it at nighttime, cover my feet and sleep. You'll notice the difference right the next day
