@Inner Life Institute have beginner yoga classes. They're located around 4th circle. Their instructors are great, many of which are foreigners, and their space is super cozy and relaxing.

@Namaste Zone they have gentle classes for beginners but depends on the type of injury you have. Their Dec. programs is: Ashtanga with Haya S., Yogalates with Farah Q., Vinyasa Flow with Salwa, Pilates all levels with Haya, and Gentle flow With Haya Z.
