@Mlabbas is one of the best in my opinion, they do print both mugs and tshirts. Their prices are pretty reasonable and workers are friendly but I am not a big fan of the quality of their mugs (not the printing) so take a look at them or see if you can bring your own mugs to print on

Best printing quality can be found at @Afro Printing (find them on Facebook). I have a shirt from them that has MB on it, and it still looks like day one. Make sure to take care of it and flip it inside out before washing though :)
