to be honest; it's very difficult to find a job as a 16 year old, but you can check @LOYAC they usually hire college students but give them a call a check if they are willing to have a volunteer to help in their programs ( homes, innovation camp, community service) you can ask them about these programs.

Nurhan, you seem like someone who is very ambitious. Could you provide me with your contact information in a private message? Perhaps I'm able to help you out in some way. For voluntary work, it's usually easier to not yet be 18 than it is with jobs. Try applying to the SIWAR program @King Hussein Cancer Foundation or to the @Clothing Charity Bank or to Bareeq Education Non-profit organization. I imagine they'll be okay with you volunteering or might ask for a parent consent form of some sort. Good luck!
