@Skyline Sushi they have professional cooking classes every Friday from 4pm-5pm and it costs 32 JD's per person. You can choose which dish you want to learn. They have sushi, seafood, dessert, soup and so on.

well there is a place called @Beit Sitti they offer daily classes for traditional Arabic food if you're interested. It's cooking and dining at the same time. So you can join any day you want, but you need to book ahead. Each month they have a different food schedule. So check out their website. The cost of cooking in one day is 35 JD's and you need to join in a group to have this price. If you want solo class it will cost you 100 JD's, which honestly it's way to expensive.

@Manal Al Alem Center it's a bit hard since summer holiday is far away. But they have multiple courses (pastry, sushi, cakes, cheesecake, chocolate..) and they are working on expanding their choices other than having sweets. All their courses are 2 weeks long and each class is 3 hours. And the prices depend on what type of course you want.
