I tried GeoWash before and did not like their work If you want to get it REALLY dry cleaned but it might be a bit costy, you need to go to @Ziebart you actually leave your car there and pick it up the next day. Yes they do that much cleaning.

OK this is going to surprise you,but go to Baraka Mall and park in there underground parking,around you will see egg shaped carts called @GeoWash something,will they will flip you car dry cleaned and all in 30 minutes for 3:50 jds, don't believe me go see for your self

I know a guy called Ayman Saie, he has a place in Wadi Saqra that deals with really high end and classic cars. They do dry clean, polish and many other touch ups.
