@Pizza Roma Cafe at Pasha Hotel fits the bill perfectly . live music every night directly opposite Roman theater ,high up make you fee on top of the world some 30 meters sky scraper Awesome sight at night

That is pretty hard. There is @Zorba located downtown, has good food and alcohol. You cant see the Roman Theater very clearly from there though but I believe that is the best option
