The best part about Amman is that you can practically find Italian food/cuisine in most restaurants in town. Of course the quality and flavors vary greatly so I'll recommend to you my absolute favorite. @Gusto Italian Restaurant serves an authentic Italian experience. The menu is extensive, which is amazing, you will surely find something that you'll like. Hot and cold appetizers, pasta, lasagna, beef, chicken, fish, pork, pizza, and desserts, they've got it all.

Try @Spago Restaurant they have as appetizers and salads for a quick lunch, and also it's nice to go there with your friends for a decent dinner. I like that I can actually eat and talk to my friends without raising the voice, the music is very balanced - and their risotto is the best in Amman.
