You might not find cafe that are open 24\7, but @Zodiac Cafe & Restaurant is open till 12:00 a.m. but if you want more late, bars and pubs which is not what you're looking for they stay till 1:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m. max. , such as @Amigo Pub

you probably won't find a place thats open 24/7 in Amman except @Zaatar W Zeit and it's not a cafe but you can smoke there, eat, and grab coffee.

also not a cafe but @McDonald's Sweifeyeh, Madineh, Jbeiha, & Abduallah Gosheh branches are open 24/7 and you can sit inside however long you want.
