@IKEA has chairs under 30 JD but there are very simple and probably easy broken and it's just plain steel and plastic, you could buy a cheap office chair that is comfortable and also fully padded from @Downtown they can also customize the chair you want. And they are definitely cheaper than any other office furniture store.
