Paul's pain au chocolat is a disgrace to their name - although they try to make it seem like french pain au chocolat its nothing close to french quality - too much bread not enough quality chocolate. At least Crumz's pain au chocolat tries not to be similar to french pain chocolat - it has powdered sugar on it and tastes good as a pastry...still not authentic though. Gonna try Ganache and let you know... hope I'm not disappointed!
