@Hatem Shaheen Salon For Men gets you the best bang for your buck. With tips and all you may pay around 10JD but you get a reliable cut that is low maintenance. Do watch out for the mullets though, they do like to keep em longer at the back over there, so be advised to do the rearview mirror trick to check the back of your hair.
