@Abu Mahjoub فلافل ابو محجوب is really good and the sauces they have are amazing. For a more chilled out breakfast and some good americano coffee go to @Mia Cara its really peaceful there in the morning so you can also bring your laptop with you and do some work there.

if you want something Arabic I highly recommend @Shams El Balad Cafe for it also has a terrace seating. However, if you want omelettes, pancakes,etc.. I recommend the bake house, their hash browns are to die for tbh
