Check @ACE Hardware Store , but I think you could find @Jordan Prices more useful as they have all tech stuff for reasonable prices and know what a UPS actually is

a UPS is not the same as a Voltage Regulator right? Cause I some at ACE but those don't keep power running in case it gets cut off

Well it does save up some power for a few extra minutes so you wouldn't lose all your work on your computer or whatever it's connected to. and yep it also regulates power
