@Caricatures by Anas Gharaibeh can do that but its more comic than just a live drawing. However, theres this artist called Ahmad Aqel that does amazing live drawings. his prices range from 20 to 80 JD's and a single drawing takes him about an hour to finish. if you want just a sketch you'll get it in a matter of 15 mins. look him up.
