@Shams El Balad Cafe has always been a favorit of mine, its not too crowded they serve the most delicious organic food

It's really strange when it comes to shams al balad's breakfast, some days its packed and other days its more on the empty side. never the less, its a great option for breakfast

There's a place in @Rainbow that serves the best omelette and pancakes but I can't remember its name for the life of me. It's in one of the back alleys of Rainbow st.
