@Galatoire's open for more than 100 years, this is a fancy spot but the French Creole seafood gumbo makes dressing up all the worth it.

Have you heard of @Coop's Place ? It is a bit expensive but many say the gumbo and rabbit & sausage jambalaya are the best in town

I have had amazing gumbo @Cafe Amelie also the @Gumbo Shop they offer a trio jambalaya, feb beans & shrimp all at once.

The best and most expensive (about $20) place for gumbo is at @Cochon Restaurant you can't find better quality of ingredients!
