Try @Namaste Zone located in Khalda infront of Midas furniture +962 7 9997 3754.. It's the only certified yoga studio in Amman. They provide yoga classes varying from power yoga classes (muscle building and shaping body) into meditation (breathing and relaxation)

You can take yoga @Power Hut it comes with your subscription along with many other classes. They have an instructor that I have heard is very good
