You have to go to @K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen sure lots of tourist go there but that's because it's good food for a reasonable price. The dinner menu changes daily based on availability of ingredients, but you might find turtle soup, shrimp and corn maque choux, crawfish etoufee, blackened Louisiana drum and of course bread pudding for dessert.

A local favorite is @Coop's Place get the Shrimp Creole or Cajun fried chicken plus it's open late so it's great at the end of a good night!

@Brigtsen's Restaurant I love the andouille gumbo and pulled pork. It's the best spot for Cajun/Creole cooking
