Well the best spot for that is @Afghani but if you are looking for more affordably priced souvenirs and/or bulk then you can just go Downtown and see all along the street is shops upon shops upon shops like @Al Bukhariah Souq with souvenirs like sand in a bottle, postcards, keychains, scarves, etc....
