I know you can buy pizza dough from certain bakeries or pastry shops such as @Ajeenet Zamaan , that's for thin crust though and not thick crust.

You can buy deep dish pizza crust from @Cozmo , its medium sized though. Haven't seen any in large or small sizes

I once got crust from @Miles , wasn't the best but its a quick and easy way to have pizza.

You can small ones @Virgin Megastore it's frozen but if you are looking for something easy then it's not a bad option
