Well there is breakfast buffet for kids @Everest Hotel where they have cartoon characters, face painting and more but it doesn't start until 10:30 and also another one that starts at 10:30 is @Mijana Cafe they are doing something very similar

Go to any mall and have a breakfast there and let your kids play at the mall's playing area, you can try @Hawa Beirut their food is so delicious, but i think they are open at 10:00

You can go to @Casereccio on Friday, they have make your own pizza for kids. @Macdonald's is a great idea too!
