Thats the only price range you'll find due to tax, but buy it from Steam itself with a credit card or PayPal. That's what I do, it saves you money and you buy games whenever you want.

At @Aladdin Computer Center you can get $10 for 10JD, $20 for 20 JD and so on.. I bought one last summer so it MIGHT have changed even though i think its still the same.
