Where can I find a place to sell/swap used items

@Souk Jara - If you have enough stuff to sell, rent out a booth in the summer time. Lots of traffic and if your stuff is interesting people will buy it. I'm not sure how expensive a stall or booth is there but maybe you can coordinate with someone else on TipnTag looking to sell stuff. This way you split the price of the booth and you sell both of your things. Other than that, I don't know any flea markets or pawn shops in Jordan you could take your stuff to sell.
