Well you can head over to @Camel Company they have a bunch of mugs, shirts, stuff animals and more souvenirs. But for really cheap head over to Al Karama Market just be ready to try and get a good price.

The souks are your best shot at getting some good souvenirs for a cheap price. And if you are traveling the @Dubai Duty Free and airport is sometimes better than you think especially for like key chains and such.
