Unfortunately I don't think there is any near that area but you could always rent books through @Reader's Paradise ! It is an amazing service you just pick the books you want on their website and they deliver it to you, then once you are done they pick it up and you order more!

Reader's Paradise is no more but you can get books from @Bookish.ae in JLT. They have thousands of books on their website and really affordable membership plans. Since they are in JLT, they are close to Jebel Ali (so can deliver books easily) and then you can go to your favorite cafe and read them!
