I highly recommend Jasmine 079-894-3863. She is Jordanian, but lived and worked in California for many years, so has impeccable English and also a firm grasp of American culture, trends, etc. She only charges 25JD for a cut (all I've ever had her do) but she also does coloring, etc. The best part is she comes to your house! Extremely professional, courteous and always cheerful.
