It depends what you're looking for but when it comes to sushi quality I think @Sushi Studio wins. In terms of variety I agree that will pretty much cover all your Japanese needs whether they be teppanyaki or sushi or whatever else you may crave. Not the best with warm sake though...cups are too big and the sake gets cold fast.
