Where can I have dinner and slow dance?
That's a hard one. I'm thinking that any place with music/dj would accomodate a song for you to slow dance to. If you don't mind latin/salsa initialy then @JJS or @Trader Vic's are both options.

@Trader Vic's has salsa dancing and it's really nice, not sure about the slow dancing, maybe @Piano Lounge , if you're just looking for a romantic feel try @La Maison Verte , hope that helps.
