Hmmm I haven't seen them anywhere but you can actually get your own stuff customized @Mlabbas . You can choose any photo or character from Stranger things and have a phone cover, hoodie, T-shirt, mug or even a coaster customized. The price for a phone cover is 14 JDs, 15-25 JDs for a tshirt, 5 JDs for a mug, Hoodies 30 - 40 JDs but they have an offer now and the hoodies with customization are for 24 JDs.

Where can I find royal hats and apparel for sale?

If you're looking for a standard hat with a royal crown on it, you can just customize your own. There is this place called @Taqyeh they are an online store but they will open their store in two months, you can send them any design you want and they can print it for you, and if you wish to see their designs, you can visit their FB page or @Mlabbas since they have their designs in that shop, their work is fabulous, I recommend them.
