Where can I find a cheap bar/pub?
That is hard to say cause I think you will find most places are not cheap but you should definitely take advantage of happy hour! Like @La Calle has some great ones or even @Sekrab but if you are looking for a pub more atmosphere then check out @Murphy's Pub - House of Rock
Where can I find a decent place to eat and watch a game at the same time ?
@La Calle is a great spot to eat and watch the game but people are not as focused on the game. @VIVID Lounge especially the one on the boulevard has great tv screens and decent food.
Where can I find a great place to hang out with my girlfriend?
Rainbow Cinema Street - Lots to do here too! I suggest the following places: @Falafel Al Quds , @Rainbow Theater, @The Good Book Shop (you can go sit down, pick any book out and read), @The Royal Film Commission Jordan (you can watch films from their library and it's a really cool place to see), @Wild Jordan Center and @Nabad Art Gallery (both right off Rainbow St.), @Gerard Ice Cream !!, Dunide Gallery, @La Calle , @Arcobaleno for pizza... In the summertime on a friday there's Jara Market. There's this new place @Sufra that serves homemade Jordanian food too. There's absolutely so much to do on that street it's amazing.
Where can I have a nice birthday dinner?
You can always celebrate it in a small place by booking up a certain area or even just a table. Some notable places that come to mind include @Bonita as well as @La Calle pub

Depends what you are looking for...I love love love @The Lettuce And The Fish for sushi also there is @La Calle get a drink while you eat with incredible views of Amman. For a more chill environment go to @Cantaloupe Gastro Pub if you want cheap and yummy hit up @Buffalo Wings & Rings & @Casereccio enjoy :)
Where can I find places on Rainbow street with good food?
I recommend the places down the street, their quality is much better the more down rainbow street you go. In particular @Cantaloupe Gastro Pub and to a slightly lesser extent but for more reasonable prices @La Calle. If you want Falafel a great is always @Falafel Al Quds and for pizza you can go to @Arcobaleno.
Where can I take a good friend coming from abroad to dinner! with alcohol, other than fakher al deen?
If you're in the mood for seafood / Arabic and want something traditional with alcohol check out @Al Kitkat (Known before as Auberge Restaurant & Bar) . If you don't care if it's Arabic or not you can go to @La Calle or @Buffalo Wings & Rings for casual dining, @Yoshi for Japanese and @Vintage for French / international cuisine. Enjoy!
Where can I drink vodka ?
Practically anywhere and everywhere...@Buffalo Wings & Rings, @La Calle, @Bonita Restaurant...just to name a few but @Sage Lounge has all you can drink vodka night for 20JD on Tuesdays if I recall correctly.
