Where can I go to swim on a daily basis (not a gym)?

Although you don't necessarily want a gym , I recommend @Fitness One Vega Vega, and their pool. For a possibly cheaper option, @King Hussein Sports City has indoor pools and will surely have a subscription.

Where can I play volleyball?

There is a court @King Hussein Sports City outside near the running trail

Where can I find a good place to swim?

Where can I find a peaceful place to go walking or running?

Some areas are nice for a walk and are peaceful when it's early like Dabouq, also @King Hussein Sports City is nice and again if you go early it's quiet.

Where can I go cycling?

@King Hussein Sports City they have a closed area for walking and cycling no cars allowed and there's a place to rent a bicycle if u don't have one

Honestly the only place I know of is @King Hussein Sports City . It's a nice spot for jogging though

Where can I find a nice affordable place to sit and hangout with a nice view to go with my family?

@Al Hussein Gardens (where the Automobile Museum and children's museums are) is a nice picnic area. @King Hussein Sports City (or youth city) is nice for picnics too but does not have a scenic view (both are free entry). Kids would like @Prince Hashim Birds Park but no scenic view and the fee is cheap (20 qirsh per adult). @Wild Jordan Center is nice but quite expensive and not too kid-friendly.
