I would say @Jafra Restaurant & Cafe at downtown. But i think if you just turn the nearby function on, on your app and type the word 'breakfast' after you click the search icon on the upper left corner of your screen, you'll get a list of nearby places where you can have breakfast at. Interesting! isn't it?

MAYBE you might find it in @RadioShack. If not, there is a street in Al-Balad that sells old electronics for less. If you keep @Jafra Restaurant & Cafe on your right, take the right "dakhleh" on Al Kebreeti St. & stay straight, you'll find a couple of places on the left.
Parking is difficult so I suggest walking.
